Book your test appointment through the Gamca medical booking website. We will schedule you at one of the GAMCA-approved medical centers. Always book a center in your area for convenience.
Things to Bring
Make sure you have the following documents prepared before your visit:
- A valid passport that should have a minimum of six months’ validity remaining, and a photocopy.
- Travel document or visa photocopy.
- Two white background recent passport-sized photographs.
- Your work permit or work contract (if either of these is available).
- Employer’s letter of appointment or offer letter.
- Old test reports or test results, if any.
- Polio and yellow fever or other vaccine certificates.
- Receipt of payment for medical tests.
